Trailblazers begin to share a growing passion for biking and exploration, discovering the joy of movement and connection with every ride. With teamwork, laughter, and encouragement, Trailblazers practice perseverance, problem-solving, and collaboration—developing confidence, a strong sense of belonging, and friendships that last long after the trail ends.
Program Overview
Our Trailblazers set out on daily bike adventures along Durango’s beautiful Animas River Trail, exploring farther and riding stronger each day. Campers learn to navigate community paths safely while building endurance, confidence, communication skills, and a love for play on two wheels—gaining a growing sense of independence and empowerment as they learn their town from the bike.
